Our Master Technicians
Our professional team consists of highly qualified, fully trained, mature technicians who are experts in their trade with over 100 years of combined experience. Uniformed, clean cut technicians arrive promptly and provide our customers with the personal one on one service and attention that they deserve. We provide detailed quotes, answer questions, and educate customers in regards to their maintenance and service needs. We continually invest in our employees, training, and equipment.
At Master Plumbers, we don’t have excessive marketing and advertising campaigns with commission based staff. Most companies that utilize commission based workforces usually have excessive charges and recommend unnecessary repairs and maintenance ultimately leading to higher customer costs. Ninety percent of our work comes from referrals. At Master Plumbers our focus is on providing REAL solutions for our customers TRUE service needs.
Glenn Martin, Founder/CEO
Mr. Glenn Martin has a Master’s degree in Business from Richard Stockton College in New Jersey. Glenn offers 31 years of in-field and in-office experience in the portable restroom, septic, plumbing and wastewater industries. His tenure in the industry began in 1980, at the age of 17. Notable positions held throughout his career have included all types of field service work in the wastewater, septic, and plumbing fields as well as division manager, middle, and upper management positions. Glenn also has extensive experience in business acquisitions and consolidations throughout southwest and central Florida. Providing emergency and hurricane related services is his forte.
His experience includes: sales, management, and contract fulfillment for over 7 hurricanes, including Hurricane Katrina.
With years of experience comes a plethora of knowledge. Mr. Martin’s technical expertise is second to none. He is a Florida state certified master plumber (CFC1427155). Along with holding a Master Plumbers license, Glenn is certified to install and repair various septic systems, aerobic treatment units and is a certified backflow preventer tester. He has expertise with the operation and maintenance of pump trucks, vactors, and excavators. He is skilled in operating, pumping, high pressure jetting, sewer cleaning, and leak detection equipment along with many other specialty contractor tools.
